2491804 - Outside Discovery is disabled for a Diagnostics Agent at physical\virtual level

The information supplied by the Outside Discovery (application of SMDAgent) is missing in the LMDB. The e2edcc.log of the Diagnostics Agent indicates that the application is disabled, the log shows message:

In case of SMDAgents on-the-fly feature is enabled: The Outside Discovery runs only in the Diagostics Agents installed at the physical\virtual level, if the SMDAgents on-the-fly feature is enable it is normal to see the above information in the e2edcc.log of the SMDAgent on-the-fly nodes. In this case this KBA cannot be used. The log files of the SMDAgent on-the-fly nodes are located at:
