2492086 - Dump When Selecting a Shift Program in Resource

When you select the Shift Program ABC for the Resource XXX, the system crashes. (ABC represents the Shift Program ID; XXX represents the Resource ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Supply Chain Master Data work centre.
2. Select the Resources view.
3. Search for the Resource XXX.
4. Open the Resource XXX.
5. Select View All.
6. Choose the Operating Times tab.
7. Choose the Standard Operating Times sub-tab.
8. Select Shift Program under Operating Time Type.
9. Select the Value Selection for Shift Program.
10. Choose the Shift Program ABC.
11. Select Ok.

System crashes.

There is no value maintained for the Recurrence Pattern. The Recurrence Pattern is a mandatory field to Save the Shift Program, however you are able to Save it with no value on the field below Recurrence Pattern and this makes the data incomplete.

1. Go to the Supply Chain Master Data work centre.
2. Select the Shift Programs view. 
3. Search for the Shift Program ABC.
4. Open the Shift Program ABC.
5. Select View All.
6. Select the Recurrence sub-tab.
7. Maintain a value for any of those fields:

Every days(s) if you selected the Recurrence Pattern as Daily.

Recur Every Week(s) on if you selected the Recurrence Pattern as Weekly (on this option you need to check the week days too).

Monthly Recurrence if you selected the Recurrence Pattern as Monthly and all the required fields from this one.

Yearly Recurrence if you selected the Recurrence Pattern as Yearly and all the required fields from this one.
