2492092 - How to delete solutions used in ChaRM scenario in Solution Manager 7.2

• You would like to remove a solution in Solution Manager 7.2. This functionality is available on Solution Manager ST 720 SP 005 (SAPK-72005INSTMAIN) and later for phase and continual cycles, not for release cycles.
• when trying to delete a solution you get the following error "Release planning data exists; <CCL name> not eligible for deletion" AI_CRM_CM_MESSAGE 217
