2492177 - Attempted to login to user before the binded user tempdb was recovered - SAP ASE

Symptom

After creating a user temporary database and binding users, the following messages are written in the error log during recovery:

The temporary database (dbid = 7) is not available.
Temporary database based on the specified soft binding could not be assigned. Assigning temporary database 'tempdb' from the 'default' group.
