Symptom

  • The following error appears in the Netweaver Gateway log:

    mySAPUnwrapTicket returns 0.                                                                                                     
    N  DyISigni: client=200, user=MICHAEL     , lang=E, access=H, auth=T                                                                
    N  nousrrec: no user record found - logon rejected     
  • The user is first successfully registered in the SMP server after being authenticated in MS Active Directory. 
  • Why is Netweaver Gateway rejecting the logon attempt?
