Scenario: User sets a font size of 13.5 to a recruiting email template. However, the size always gets reduced and doesn't reflect the same when received in MS Outlook
Environment
SuccessFactors BizX - Recruiting Management (RCM)
Cause
From Successfactors, the font size is shown in pixels (px) however, Microsoft Outlook always converts font-size from pixels (px) to points (pt)
Therefore, font-sizes differ when viewed on this application.
"pt" is meant for printing while "px" is meant for rendering on screens
Resolution
If you wish to have the same font size on both SF and Outlook. You may change the font size of recruiting email template by clicking the “Source Button” in the email editor and change manually from px to pt.
