2492380 - Missing plant and storage location in screen IQ09 from transction code VL02N - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • During the delivery processing the serial number maintenance was called up on item level in order to maintain serial numbers for the delivery item.
  • Pop up maintain serial numbers is displayed. By pressing F6 (select serial numbers), a report (Screen IQ09) is started to be able to select the required serial numbers.
  • In the selection report the plant and the storage locations values are missing.
  • If these values are missing wrong serial numbers can be selected by mistake which are not relevant for the process.
