2492478 - Sales price is not pulled from price list

Within a Sales Order Object you pull in a Product with a valid sales price list and valid sales org information, but the pricing is not pulled in from the price list. The sales order is referencing to the price in the pricing facet/tab of the sales order, but no price is pulled:

The "Net Value" of the field is not updated with the price found in the system. At the line on item level, you can see the price is 0.00 net value.

 

 

SAP Sales Cloud

1. go to the Sales workcenter.

2. go to the view Sales Orders.

3. open a Sales Order ABC (ABC is a Sales Order with a Product XYZ that has a Price List maintained).

4. go to the Pricing tab.

-> the item price is taken from the price list, however the under total pricing the net value is showing as Zero.

 

The Sales Order ABC is created with currency DEF. The price for the product XYZ is maintained in currency GHI.

The issue is that there is no currency conversion maintained between GHI and DEF.

Either change the Sales Order document (header) currency to GHI or maintain currency conversion between the two currencies DEF and GHI.
