2492605 - Questionnaire Survey Assignment direct link

For the following Notification Templates

• ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification
• FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification

While editing the Notification you wish to create a direct link for the launch of a Questionnaire Survey via - LMS Admin -> System Admin -> Tolls -> Direct Links -> Direct Link Type: Launch Questionnaire Survey. This is then added to the updated template.

When the end user receives the notification the direct link does not work or end user receives an error while accessing the link.
