2492605 - Questionnaire Survey Assignment direct link

For the following notification template IDs:

• ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification
• FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification

While editing these notification templates, it's required add a survey's direct link to it. However, when the users receive the notification, the direct link doesn't work or the users receive and error when accessing it.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

This is caused by the unavailability of some Syntax Tags in both templates ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification or FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification.

In the templates ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification and FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification, the following Syntax Tag should be used instead of the survey's direct link:

• <SURVEY_DIRECT_LINK/>  Survey Direct Link

This tag will dinamically add the link of the survey assigned to the users.

Please note that there is a deprecated Syntax Tag that should not be used: <SURVEY_DIRECT_LINK> Survey Direct Link (deprecated)
