2492605 - Questionnaire Survey Assignment direct link

For the following Notification Templates

• ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification
• FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification

While editing the Notification you wish to create a direct link for the launch of a Questionnaire Survey via - LMS Admin -> System Admin -> Tolls -> Direct Links -> Direct Link Type: Launch Questionnaire Survey. This is then added to the updated template.

When the end user receives the notification the direct link does not work or end user receives an error while accessing the link.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Administrator adds the direct link - Launch Questionnaire Survey to either Notification Template - ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification or FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification.

2. When the end users receive either of the notifications the link will not work.

This is caused by the unavailability of some Syntax Tags in both templates ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification or FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification.

In both Notification Templates ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification and FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification, the following Syntax Tag can be used instead of the Direct Link:

• <SURVEY_DIRECT_LINK/>  Survey Direct Link

This will add the direct link to the notification received by the end users.

Please note that the Syntax Tag should not be used -
