2492906 - DSI Down Message 7988 & 266 - The specified object '<ojbname>' is not found in database - SRS

Symptom

DSI suspended with the following error and messages:

ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(207(1) <RDS>.<RDB>) - dsiqmint.c(4806)
Message from server: Message: 7988, State 1, Severity 16 
-- 'The specified object 'dbo.<procname>is not found in database 'RDB'.  Check sysobjects to make sure you own the object. '. 
Message from server: Message: 266, State 1, Severity 10 
-- 'Transaction count after EXECUTE indicates that a COMMIT or ROLLBACK TRAN is missing. Previous count = 1, Current count = 0. '. 
THREAD FATAL ERROR #5049 DSI EXEC(207(1) <RDS>.<RDB>) - dsiqmint.c(4819)
The DSI thread for database <RDS>.<RDB> is being shutdown.
