2492918 - Agent Admin UI cannot be started in SAP Solution Manager 7.20 due to error '503 Service Unavailable - Error: Application cannot be started'


The Agent Admin UI cannot be started in a SAP Solution Manager 7.20 after perform the configuration shown in the 'Diagnostics Agent 7.2 Connectivity Troubleshooting' section 'Java Stack Scalability Settings'. The following error is shown in the Agent Admin UI:

503 Service Unavailable

Error: Application cannot be started

The defaultTrace of the SAP Solution Manager JAVA system shows the following error message:

Finally if one tries to start the application 'tc~smd~server~service' using the NWA -> JAVA Applications feature, the following error is shown in the application startup:
