2492966 - Deadlock occurs when updating table MCSIDIR

Symptom

You observe a lot of short dumps DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR when updating table MCSIDIR. Termination may occur in the ABAP program "SAPLMCEX" - in "MCEX_UPDATE_04". The statement where dump is triggered is "MODIFY mcsidir.". The short dump also indicate deadlock error in database "ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource".
