Symptom

Execute a HANA view on Analysis for Office and receive a warning message “42029 invalid language specified in JSON”

Reproducing the Issue

Execute a HANA view on Analysis for Office and pop ups a warning message "Invalid language specified in JSON. : Invalid language"

Cause

This message appears in case the user try to login to the system without explicitly entering a language token (e.g. EN) in Analysis Office login screen.

Resolution

Enter the language by pressing the "Options" button on the Analysis for Office login dialog and entering the token into the "Language" field.

Each subsequent login the same language will be used by default.
