2493063 - Setting a Hana Calculation View Parameter in Lumira Desktop does not affect other parameters or variables

In Lumira Desktop when setting a Hana calculation view parameter that is used to limit the values in other parameters and variables the other variables and parameters are not being affeted. For example if a parameter is for a country level and it will restrict the regions displayed for a variable, in Lumira desktop the region variable is not at all affected by the country parameter.

This is a limitation in Lumira's BW offline capabilities.

This should work as expected in Lumira 2.x's new BW Live connection.
