Symptom

  • The below error appears while trying to insert a new table to a retrieved Data Foundation (DFX) in Information Design Tool:

Unable to retrieve the datasource configuration : com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$OCAFramework: Unable to find servers in CMS [IP ADDRESS]:[PORT] and cluster @clustername with kind pjs and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
