2493191 - JDBC message failed while sqljdbc4.jar is deployed in the JDBC driver

After deploy the JDBC driver, the message processing failed with the following error:
Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error when attempting to get processing resources: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection with the registered driver. com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver returns: Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6 is not supported by this driver. Use the sqljdbc4.jar class library, which provides support for JDBC 4.0..: UnsupportedOperationException: Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6 is not supported by this driver
Normally this issue will happen after upgrade the system from 7.1x to 7.3x or 7.4.
