2493344 - Portal Fallback theme is not working as expected with WebDynpro or WebGUI applications

• You have configured a Enterprise Portal fallback theme via the UI Theme Designer application
• Upon accessing the Portal, certain application styles are not appearing in the Fallback theme's style/colour scheme (WebDynpro Java, WebDynpro ABAP, WebGUI etc.).
  For e.g: below - The sap_tradeshow is both the Portal theme and fall-back theme, but WebDynpro UI will render in in wrong theme (sap_corbu in this case):
