Symptom

  • While using SSL configuration on Tomcat  unable to access Tomcat URL.
  • When SSL is disabled tomcat url is accessible.
  • Tomcat is up and running but unable to access tomcat homepage or any other web application after upgrading to BI 4.2 SP4.
