1. Go to Report distributor
2. Select the bundle and run it with any destination( offline, email, ftp).
3. Go to Job Status to see the status of the bundle running.
4. Runtime failure- Encountered a problem while processing E-mail 1. Please contact SuccessFactors

• There could be multiple reason of this failure but if the bundle is failing for all the users then it is always a good approach to check the reports/queries added to the bundle.
• If the queries/reports added to bundle are giving some validation error then the bundle will always fail unless the errors in the query/report is not rectified.
• The bundle also fails if any of the user with whom the bundle is scheduled does not have permission to any of the field added in the report.

Rectify the error in the report/query included in the Report bundle and re-run the bundle.
