2493756 - Sybfilter is unable to make MS SQL server log file readable if log file is located in mounted volume

Symptom

  • Store MS SQL log file to mounted volume
  • When open sybfiltermgr.exe and run check it prompted following message, though you have added the log file path according to standard guide:
    'The following log files are unreadable'

    "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
