2493801 - DB6: F2 formula in REORGCHK result remains low after reorganization

Symptom

You find the F2 formula (Proportion of used space in the data pages) in the result of REORGCHK are lower than 70 for some tables.
To reclaim the free space from those tables, you performed table reorganization. However after the reorganization finished succesfully, the F2 formula still shows low value.
