Symptom

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3020], [19], [2909271], [82601047],
[], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-10567: Redo is inconsistent with data block (file# 19, block# 2909271, file
offset is 2357911552 bytes)
ORA-10564: tablespace PSAPSR3
ORA-01110: data file 19: '/oracle/XYZ/sapdata1/sr3_16/sr3.data16'
ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED INDEX BLOCK', data object# 240707

In case of a regular recovery (no Data Guard involved), you see error like below:

ORA-10562: Error occurred while applying redo to data block (file# 113, block# 2463619)
ORA-10564: tablespace PSAPSR3
ORA-01110: data file 113: '/oracle/XYZ/sapdata1/sr3_107/sr3.data107'
ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED DATA BLOCK', data object# 209944
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktbsdp1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Note: This kind of corruption can not be detected with any tools. Only an active recovery can detect this error.

Above error happens 

either

  1. in Standby Database (Data Guard Configuration)
    1. Oracle Alert Log
    2. Oracle Data Guard "Broker Log File"
       

or

  1. during a Recovery Scenario in SQLPLUS Prompt
