ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED INDEX BLOCK', data object# 240707
In case of a regular recovery (no Data Guard involved), you see error like below:
ORA-10562: Error occurred while applying redo to data block (file# 113, block# 2463619)
ORA-10564: tablespace PSAPSR3
ORA-01110: data file 113: '/oracle/XYZ/sapdata1/sr3_107/sr3.data107'
ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED DATA BLOCK', data object# 209944
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktbsdp1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Note: This kind of corruption can not be detected with any tools. Only an active recovery can detect this error.
