2493880 - ME 808 System error: error during update Table EBAN

Symptom

You change or release a purchase requisition (PR) e.g. in ME52N or ME54N and during saving, the system issues error message "ME 808 System error: error during update Table EBAN"
The notes 887342 , 967367 and 934576 do not fix the problem.
Setting the message ME683 to error has no effect.
