2494068 - An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made error when logging into SAP Analytics Cloud mobile application

• The SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) mobile app is installed on the mobile device.
• The apache reverse proxy URL is accessible from that mobile device.
• After entering the SAC URL the following error appears: "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made."

• SAP Analytics Cloud mobile app version 2.0.5

1. Start the SAP Analytics Cloud application.
2. Enter the "App Password".
3. Provide the Reverse Proxy Server URL.
4. Observe the error message.

• Self-signed or not trusted SSL certificates are not supported when logging in via the SAP Analytics Cloud iOS application.
• You are trying to access SAP Analytics Cloud via the Web Dispatcher URL, which is currently currently under investigation by Development.

The issue is addressed in the current SAP Analytics Cloud app on the Apple app store.

*Please note that the mobile app requires server settings with SSL satisfying Apple's SSL requirement on ATS.

• The SAP Analytics Cloud app supports Apache Reverse Proxy URL with a trusted SSL certificate.
