2494093 - Error [RC=500] URL http://server:port/startPage called unsuccessfully

Symptom

You access to technical monitoring. And when you access to the monitored system, the metric "Java System Http Availability" is reporting the error Error [RC=500] URL http://server:port/startPage called unsuccessfully.You might see this also in Technical Monitoring workcenter, Tab Alert Inbox. And you are getting an alert as this one.
