2494207 - How to remove failed item from user learning plan automatically

Is it possible to configure the system to remove an item automatically from Learning Plan upon a failure?

Yes, the system will remove the item from User Learning Plan automatically if the Failure status is recorded in LMS and failure action is set to remove the item.

i.e. Learning -> Item -> Online Content tab -> Settings -> Modify Settings -> Set the Failure Status and select Failure Action as "Remove from the Learning Plan (Free Floating Item only)".

PS. This configuration will only work if the item is assigned as Free-Floating. If the item is associated with a Curricula or Program and the Curricula or the Program is assigned to the user, this configuration will not work.

If a failure status is not being recorded, then LMS doesn't have an option to remove the item from Learning Plan automatically and admin has to remove the course manually.
