Symptom

  • About us tab redirects  to ONB log in page instead of Employee Portal.

Environment

  • Applicable To All Data Center.
  • Onboarding.
  • New Hire Activity
  • To Do

Resolution

  • Please check assertion url in provisioning should be same as of url in SAML2.0audienceurl in superadmin-account options.
  • Please check applicant page url is maintained properly.(superadmin-accountoptions--applicant page) and employee portal is active.If not it will redirect to ONB Page.
  • If above two settings is not maintained properly,About us tab will redirect to ONB Login Page instead of Employee Portal Page as mentioned below.
