2494288 - "BW Content not activated" error for BW Content Activation (UPL) and Job CCMS_BI_SETUP cancels in Solution Manager 7.20 SP02

Symptom

  • Symptom 1. - In Solution Manager, in Basic Configuration Scenario, BW Content Activation (UPL) shows RED light and following error message error exists in the Log:
    "BW Content not activated"

  • Symptom 2. -  Job CCMS_BI_SETUP cancelling with following error in the log:

    ERROR:  errors while content activation occured
    ERROR: Error activating element DRQU19CWMOVQHCYSC57JY4XE5
    INFO: Setup step ACTIVATE_QUERIES complete
    Error occurred, check the logs
    Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
