2494316 - Restricting LSMW users to only change step 7 "Specify File"

You want to give authorization for LSMW to your users but at the same time you want to restrict the user authorization or assign a "restricted version" of LSMW without B_LSMW ACTVT=02.". You may or may not have already added B_LSMW authorization object with actvt = 03, 16 to user(s) but still with these authorizations the users cannot change file at "Specify files" at step 7.
