Symptom

  • Can a new employee photo be attached in notification?
  • How to add a form in an Onboarding notification

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  1. It is not possible to add a new employee photo via an Onboarding notification, only forms may be attached.
  2. To do so, forms should be present in Settings > PDF Files.
  3. Uploaded forms cannot be attached in Notifications.
