Customers may wish to enable the EZ Rater interface without displaying the on-form gap analysis graphic.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

• In the form template XML, enable EZ Rater in the Competency or Objective sections with the configuration sect-mode="EZ-Rater".
• When EZ Rater is enabled, the Gap Analysis graphic will display on the form by default:

To remove visibility of the on-form Gap Analysis graphic, the following configuration can be added in the Competency and Objective sections to the last line inside </fm-sect-config>:
