2494523 - Sales Order Approval Process is Missing

You have scoped the Approval Process for Sales Order, but you are not able to find it under the Approval Process view.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Select the Approval Process subview, under the Task Distribution view.
3. No approval process is shown for Sales Order.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the Project line with the status as Started.
4. Click the Edit Project Scope button.
5. Navigate to the Questions tab (step 4).
6. Expand the Sales scoping element.
7. Expand the Selling Products and Services.
8. Select the Sales Order option.
9. You will find the following question: "Do you want to use a multi-step approval process for sales orders?"
10. Please de-scope and re-scope the Approval Process by unchecking the box for the question, saving, and then checking the box again.
