Symptom

  • The following messages display in the system log(T-code: SM21) when the background job R_JR_BTCJOBS_GENERATOR running.
    EBI    Error scheduling a batch job
    EBC   Job R_JR_BTCJOBS_GENERATOR (001)
    EBT   Batch user SAP_SYSTEM does not exist

    EBI    Error scheduling a batch job
    EBC   Job R_JR_BTCJOBS_GENERATOR (066)
    EBT   Batch user SAP_SYSTEM does not exist

    EBI    Error scheduling a batch job
    EBT   Job R_JR_BTCJOBS_GENERATOR (200)
    EBT   Batch user SAP_SYSTEM does not exist
  • Sometimes the messages like following:
    EBI        Error scheduling a batch job
    EJL        > client 050
    EBC        > Job R_JR_BTCJOBS_GENERATOR
    EBT        > Batch user SAP_SYSTEM does not exist
