Loading 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER, error RH 211 (duplicate nodes) in the BW side. You could easily find the error message from monitor.

It would say,

Record XX :Node [n+1, n+2 ]: Leaf ' ' already exists as child of node n.

Issue would also occur to hierarchy datasource of TFMETHOD 'PSA'.
