2494728 - Extension Field Displays Code

The Extension Field ABC (ABC reprensents the Extension Field name) displays code 123 (123 represents the code appearing) when it should display the Description maintained.

When you go to the Extension Field's properties, you can see that the code 123 is deactivated.

To check it, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the screen which the Extension Field appears;
2. Press Adapt -> Edit Master Layout;
3. Hover on the Extension Field ABC;
4. Press Change Fields Properties;
5. Click on Field Definition.

In order to the Description of the Extension Field appear again, you need to reactivate the code of the Extension Field.

To reactivate it, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the screen which the Extension Field appears;
2. Press Adapt -> Edit Master Layout;
3. Hover on the Extension Field ABC;
4. Press Change Fields Properties;
5. Click on Field Definition;
6. Click Edit;
7. Select the code 123;
8. Press Reactivate.
