2494903 - Dump SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE when uploading attachment

When an attachment is added within the E-Recruiting system the Exception SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE is thrown.
For this example we will use External Candidate scenario but issue can occur when attachments are added in any e-Recruiting scenario.
