Symptom

After perform the upgrade of a SAP Solution Manager 7.10 to release 7.20, during the SOLMAN_SETUP the step Diagnostics Agents Authentication fails with the error:

Authentication used in agent connections

Generation of the certificate for agent connections failed
Error while calling Diagnostics setup web service; check SAP Note 1822831

The details of the error shows the message:

CX_SOAP_CORE : Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: <SOAP_FAULT xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode>SOAP-ENV:Server</faultcode><faultstring>com.sap.smd.server.manager.SMDException: java.security.KeyStoreException:
