2495018 - Offline backup does not work from DBACOCKPIT/DB13

Symptom

After upgrading to ERP 6.0 EHP8, offline backup jobs do not work from DBACOCKPIT/DB13. The jobs include "Whole database offline backup" and "Whole database offline + redo log backup".

In DBACOCKPIT/DB13, the status of the jobs are "Scheduling failed". Job log shows the following information without error.

<time stamp> Job started
<time stamp> Step 001 started (program RSDBAJOB, variant, user ID )
<time stamp> Execute logical command BRBACKUP On host <DB host>
<time stamp> Parameters:-jid <> -u / -c force -t offline_force -m all -p init<SID>.sap
<time stamp> Job finished

In oracle log file alert.log, at the same time, it is reporting error TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed
