2495055 - The installSQLScriptProc script is missing in ASE 16.0 SP03

Symptom

The installSQLScriptProc script (part of the new SQLSCRIPT parser feature) was not included in the installation package.

Environment

SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) 16.0 SP03 on Linux.

Note that the SQLSCRIPT feature is only supported on the Linux platform, so it is expected that the script isn't included on other platforms.
