2495190 - “Exception occurs when get Members!” when displaying the hierarchy view of a dimension in the BPC web

When you try to display the hierarchy of a dimension from BPC web Administration client, the error “Exception occurs when getting members” occurs.

In the ABAP backend system, an ABAP dump can be found:

• Category               ABAP programming error
  Runtime Errors         ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY
  ABAP Program           CL_UJAM_HIER_STORE_RESTORER===CP
  Application Component  EPM-BPC-NW-ADM or EPM-BPC-BW4-MOD

• Short Text
  A row already exists with this key

• What happened?
  Error in the ABAP application program.

  The current ABAP program "CL_UJAM_HIER_STORE_RESTORER===CP" had to be
  terminated because it found a
  statement that could not be executed.

The same ST22 dump may also happen if you run UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE for this dimension from TCode SE38 directly.
