Symptom

During the update of Hana distributed system using hdblcm, the update failed with error "Updating remote hosts failed!"

The following messages can be found within update log:

08:49:46.496 - ERR :         Updating host '<hostname>' failed!

08:49:46.496 - INFO:           Updating SAP HANA instance failed!

08:49:46.496 - INFO:             Configuration error (batch mode):

08:49:46.496 - INFO:               Invalid ip address prefix notation (CIDR): Prefix length is unknown

08:49:46.498 - ERR :         Updating host '<hostname>' failed!

08:49:46.498 - INFO:           Updating SAP HANA instance failed!
