2495240 - MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump with AM 328 error when inserting communication data

Symptom

When updating or inserting a communication data of an address with a report a dump with Runtime error: Message_type_X is returned,
with error message AM 328: " You cannot create a comment with serial number 000 "

The current application has triggered a termination with a short dump.

What happened?

The current application program has detected a situation that should

not occur. A termination with short dump has therefore been triggered

by the key word MESSAGE (type X).

What can you do?

Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

To process the problem further, contact you SAP system

administrator.

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

at and manage termination messages, and you can also

keep them for a long time.
