2495387 - UserId Not Created in OnboardingCandidateInfo Object - Onboarding 1.0

• Candidate completed all the steps in Onboarding, but the userId is not populated in OnboardingCandidateInfo
• Why the userId does not display in OnboardingCandidateInfo Object after candidate completed all the steps in Onboarding 1.0?
• OnboardingCandidateInfo Object is missing the userId

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Login to BizX
2. Admin Centeranage Data
3. OnboardingCandidateInfo
4. Search for candidate
5. View that userId is blank

Once you have done the basic checks:

1. Check that Enable Pre-Day1 Experience for new hires is enabled in provisioning
2. In Super Admin, Features, SF_Notification check the CandidateCreate message to BizX once new-hire is created is enabled
3. In Audit Trail for the candidate, validate the candidatecreate integration was done successfully

When all those checks are done:

1. In Super Admin, Processes, check if there isn't an advance condition on step 2 for the candidate to skip that step
2. Remove the advance condition
3. The candidate needs to be on the New Employee Step for the userId to be created on the OnboardingCandidateInfo Object
