How is the Second Level Manager/Operator decided in Recruiting in case of Global Assignment?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
Global Assignment is an EC feature. In layman terms, under Global Assignment users will have different Managers as per the Organization Location or Business Unit.
Now the question is how the manager and user data is used on this case while assigning operators in Recruiting.
Resolution
In fact, as of now Global Assignment is not supported in Recruiting.
Hence the behavior of application is not determined or explained in case when Global Assignment comes into picture.
This is still under development but there is no confirmation from Product Management as when will the support for Global Assignment will be made available for Recruiting.
