You're trying to download an attachment from the system, but it is not working on Google Chrome browser.
Cause
The pop-up blocker functionality of the Google Chrome browser is not allowing the attachment to be downloaded.
You can confirm by checking if there's a red alert icon next to the URL field of the browser.
Resolution
Configure your browser's pop-up settings to allow the pop-ups from SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer URL.
