2495688 - Report Values are missing in filter of ORD report created on LMS domain

Symptom

  • Unable to go past 20 pages of report values, while trying filter on a column from the Learning domain field.
  • Unable to find all values of a field while trying to apply filter on that field in ORD report of LMS domain.
  • Limitation of 200 values for runtime filters for LMS ORD Reports.

Environment

  • Online Report Designer (LMS Domain Only)

Reproducing the Issue

  • Analytics > DetaiL report > Learning > Select few fields from any tables available under Learning
  • Assume FieldA has more than 500 values
  • Apply filter on FieldA 
  • Unable to find all values in filter
  • Editing the query in Detailed Reporting or using the field as a run time filter and previewing it from Report Designer give the same result

Resolution

  • There is a limitation of 200 values for runtime filters for LMS ORD Reports.
  • If the customer has more than that amount of records being returned in the list they can simply directly enter the values they need to create the report, rather than selecting them from a list.
