Other Filters and HR Reports options are missing under People Scope while creating Ad Hoc Report of Continuous Performance Management domain.

SAP SucceessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Create and Ad Hoc Report of the Continuous Performance Management sub domain schema
2. Go To People Scope 
3. Notice there is no "Other Filters" and "HR Reports" options available under People Scope

This behavior is by design.

• Only the Team View option is available in People Scope for Ad Hoc Report of Continuous Performance Management sub domain schema.
• CPM has limited functionality in terms of the data being extracted from it.
• It is the expected behavior of the system wherein the said domain will only available for the 'Team View' option which is exclusively for the Managers (and not meant for the HR Roles).
• Once you share the Adhoc Report to others, the domain will pull the information based on the 'Team View' of the user (recipient) and the 'Team View' of the user who shared the report.
