2495704 - ESI - The RM Protocol field is not working in transaction SOAMANAGER

It is not possible to set the value for SAP RM in the RM protocol field during Logical Port configuration:

• Either the dropdown box for the RM Protocol is missing,

OR

• After clicking Save, the system raises the following error:
  
  SRT Framework exception: Invalid value 'http://www.sap.com/720L/rm' for property 'http://www.sap.com/710/soap/features/reliableMessa:RMprotocol'.
