Symptom

  • Multiple successor documents
  • Predecessor document status not set as expected
  • Business Requirement has follow-up Incident and IT Requirement
  • Incident has follow-up Request for Change and another document type
  • SET_PREDOC works as expected when only one follow on document is linked to original
  • SET_PREDOC is not successful with multiple documents linked to original document in Related Transactions
