2495824 - How to Hide Time Account Type with Zero Balance Employee's Profile

Is there a way to hide the time account type with zero balance?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

• Time accounts are attached with the time types, and if the associated time types are make available as ESS/MSS in the time profile, then they will appear irrespective of the balance.

 

• Therefore, if your requirement is to hide the time type (one time type can have multiple time account types, the time type will show combined balance for the end user) for the employee then you can updated the time profile to have the time type as disabled from Employee Self-Service scenario by setting  "Enabled in employee self-service scenario"= No in the employee's time profile.

Note: You will still see the Time type with zero balance on the Time Off Balances as of Today section, as long as the user has permission to the Time Account Object (if secured).

• The product team has an enhancement ticket (TIM-15256) to achieve this requirement. It is currently under planning phase and no fix date yet. This KBA will be updated on the progress.
